1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phdrwam platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the phdrwam Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform at the time of your participation.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phdrwam with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings whether written or oral. phdrwam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14 of this document.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

• All funds deposited into your phdrwam Account originate from legitimate, lawful sources under your legal ownership.

phdrwam reserves the right to request documentation verifying any of the above conditions at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the phdrwam platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

4.3 KYC Documentation

phdrwam is required by PAGCOR guidelines and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to conduct identity verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing name and number).

Withdrawals above ₱50,000 in a single calendar month will trigger an enhanced KYC review. phdrwam reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phdrwam Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. phdrwam will never request your password through live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

You must notify phdrwam support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. phdrwam shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where reasonable security precautions on your part were not observed.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phdrwam accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Philippine Peso (PHP):

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your phdrwam Account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically credited within one to three business hours, subject to interbank processing schedules. phdrwam does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phdrwam imposes zero platform-side fees on all GCash and Maya withdrawals. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Within 5 to 30 minutes of request approval during standard operating hours;
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Within one to three business hours;
• USDT: Within one to two hours, subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is approved by phdrwam's payments team following identity verification. phdrwam reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or fraud review.

6.4 Currency & Conversion

All Account balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate at the time of transaction, less a standard conversion margin disclosed at the point of deposit.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers made available by phdrwam are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Section 7. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that particular promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the promotion page, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each individual promotion page. Wagering contributions vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

phdrwam employs automated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus or any other first-deposit promotion more than once;
• Coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements through low-risk or opposing bets;
• Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, as determined by phdrwam in its reasonable discretion;
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotional offer.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not had their associated wagering requirements fulfilled within the time period specified on the promotion page will be automatically forfeited from your Account balance.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phdrwam platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili Games, and Evolution Gaming. Each game operates according to its own published rules and a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing procedures conducted in licensed studios.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available on the individual game information pages. phdrwam does not alter, modify, or interfere with the RNG outputs or outcomes of any third-party certified game.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdrwam platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen credit or debit card details, fraudulent GCash or Maya accounts, or unauthorized bank accounts;
• Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the platform to conceal the source of illicit funds, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with games without genuine human decision-making;
• Collusion with other players, including in live poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Chargebacks, reversal requests, or disputes filed with payment providers in bad faith where the transaction in question was valid;
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or discriminatory language directed at phdrwam support staff or other players in any chat or communication channel;
• Creating, operating, or facilitating the use of multiple Accounts.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phdrwam platform — including but not limited to the phdrwam name, logo, game interfaces, graphical elements, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phdrwam or its licensed game providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law (Republic Act No. 8293) and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phdrwam platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phdrwam content without prior written authorization from phdrwam.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdrwam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phdrwam platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in game information, odds, or promotional content that is corrected promptly upon discovery;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers.

phdrwam's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

phdrwam collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. 14. Amendments to These Terms

phdrwam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phdrwam will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phdrwam platform, you agree to first contact phdrwam's support team to seek an informal resolution. phdrwam will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Disputes involving PAGCOR-regulated matters may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with its enabling legislation.
